This is Dave's gun (webmaster). He had a full size .45 that was comped. The list of work is almost endless, but this gun has been completely rebuilt and customized (a work in progress). The gun was originally built in the early 70s and somewhere along the way someone cut the slide to fit a comp. A new slide and barrel was added before Eric even started working on it. Eric refit the slide and barrel, added Novak's, blued the whole gun (it was two toned), fit a new beavertail, hammer, and an ambi safety, did a trigger job, dehoned and cleaned up, added a new main spring housing, and generally made it a new gun.

Unfortunately we lost the before pictures, but it wouldn't even look similar to what it is now.
